Taking Fitness With You

When people think of working out, they often think of being in a gym. The gym surrounds you with different machines and exercise equipment, but it is possible to complete a successful workout anywhere!

Ben and I took our dog for a walk to get moving on our Sunday afternoon. During the walk I decided to complete a quick workout.  It didn’t require gym equipment, only a park bench. It took me little time to complete, and added some fun to our walk!

We challenge you to get up, get out, and get moving! If you’re looking for a quick, full-body work out, give this one a try:

Jumping Jacks and Step-ups: 3 sets of 10 each

Hip Thrusters and Crunches: 3 sets of 15 each
