We are dedicated, determined, and motivated by living a fit and healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to help others find their happier and healthier selves. We want to use our knowledge to assist others of all fitness levels from the adaptive athlete, beginner, stay at home parent, and the weekend warriors! We strive to provide accessible information to be applicable to all forms of exercise!

About Us

IMG_1205My name is Jordan! I am an athlete and personal trainer who recently received her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative Services from Northern Illinois University. When I was in high school, I did competitive cheerleading and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel to London and cheer in the New Year’s Day parade. Because of my sport’s necessity for strength, flexibility, and balance, exercise became a part of my daily routine and ultimately something I became very passionate about. I have experience in a variety of workout styles including bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting – I am currently a USAW member competing in the 58k class.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer who has worked with a diverse cliental base in various settings including 1 on 1, group classes, and online. My goal through this website is to provide everyone with a chance to reach their fitness goals in an easy, affordable, and fun way!

 
IMG_0581My name is Katie! I am an athlete as well as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I use my knowledge of exercise and the human body to treat injuries and prevent future ones! Many of my patients are athletes returning to sports or weekend warriors wanting to get back to a workout regimen. My background in sports is very diverse. I began as a competitive cheerleader for many years, competed on the state and national level, and won 4 state champion titles in the Co-Ed division. After injuries I retired from my cheer career and picked up running. I have ran 9 half marathons, 1 marathon, and completed 2 Tough Mudders. I am currently training for my next marathon! During all this training I realized how weak I was. That was when I picked up CrossFit. I have been a CrossFit athlete for 1 year now and have improved in so many ways!

My goal is to provide others with accessible information on maximizing their potential and achieving their fitness goals, whatever they may be. I also would like to provide information on disease and injury prevention and help those who are injured return to their activities!
